Rock hounds and mining enthusiasts will be thrilled at the variety of exhibits right here in downtown Phoenix. This museum houses uncounted fossils and mineral samples, collected over many years.
Exhibits include meteorites, turquoise ore, ‘moon rocks’, psuedo fossils, as well as raw ore samples. Rose Mofford’s personal collection of Arizona memorabilia is also on exhibit. Visit the gift shop for pieces of interest.
